De l\u2019immobilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;action. Les mesures recommand\u00e9es pour am\u00e9liorer soins \u00e0 domicile et sant\u00e9 des enfants et des jeunes\u00a0\u00bb. Le document fournit des recommandations particuli\u00e8res en ce qui a trait \u00e0 la participation du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral dans deux domaines cl\u00e9s des soins de sant\u00e9 qui ont re\u00e7u un feu rouge dans le Bilan de 2013. <a href=\"https:\/\/patientsmedicalhome.ca\/files\/uploads\/CFPC-From-Red-to-Green-Publication-FR-WEB.pdf\">Voir le document<\/a>\u00a0afin d\u2019y lire les recommandations sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n<p>Le Centre de m\u00e9decine de famille joue un r\u00f4le important dans les recommandations du CMFC au gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral pour am\u00e9liorer les soins \u00e0 domicile et la sant\u00e9 des enfants et des jeunes.
